In the intelligent insulating glass manufacturing process, Hanjiang independently developed automatic glass loading, Low-E film removing machine, online Argon gas filling IG line, automatic cork pad applicator, insulating glass sealing robot, and automatic glass unloading station, which attracted a large number of glass processing customers to stop to do consultation and communication.
Specially, the high-speed line of refrigerator glass exhibited at this expo fully demonstrated the efficiency, which amazed many customers.
At the same time, the industrial cloud system built by Hanjiang's strong IT department has also been highly appreciated by customers. The whole industry is moving towards the time of Industry 4.0. Hanjiang's industrial cloud series product-“Data Master” can provide users with accurate production data anytime and anywhere; breaking the traditional management model, achieve data sharing, predictive maintenance, optimize production scheduling, etc.
In the general direction of the country's corresponding energy saving and emission reduction, Hanjiang has also increased its power and continued to develop a series of warm edge spacer. The super spacer applicator has been exhibited at this expo, which was also attracted the attention and communication of a large number of domestic customers.
